Code of Conduct Policy

The purpose of the Code of Conduct Policy is to provide employees with a clear understanding of the standard of conduct expected when performing duties as an employee. The Code of Conduct Policy places an obligation on all employees to take responsibility for their own conduct.

The policy does not attempt to provide an extensive list of what to do in all situations, instead it represents a broad framework of ethical conduct that employees have an obligation to uphold.  The Code of Conduct Policy applies to all employees and covers:

  • General Standards of Behaviour
  • Abandonment of Employment
  • Ethics and Business conduct
  • Dress Code
  • Time and Attendance
  • Confidentially
  • Mobile Phones and Other Devices
  • Smoking
  • Computer Software
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Gifts and Gratuities
  • Privacy
  • Breach of the Policy

Ensure your company is covered by implementing the Code of Conduct Policy, the policy template is fully customisable and printable.
