Full Time Employment Agreement – Salary – Award Free Employee

This agreement is suitable for full-time employees who do not perform work covered by a Modern Award and are paid a salary. This agreement is not intended to apply to part time, fixed term, casual employees or independent contractors.

Full-time employees work on average 38 hours each week and are permanent employees. They receive a fixed regular payment and will not usually receive additional remuneration benefits such as overtime pay or penalty rates. A full-time Award free employee is an employee who is not subject to the minimum conditions of employment of a Modern Award or an enterprise agreement.
