Full time Employment Agreement (Maximum Term) – Salary – Award Employee
A “maximum-term” employment agreement is for a specified period of time – it will typically end without either party needing to give notice to terminate, as the contract generally concludes through the passage of time, not at the initiative of either the employer or employee.
A maximum term employee can be full time or part time, wage or salary, award or award free. Refer to the full time and part time agreement descriptions to determine the most appropriate agreement for your maximum term employee.
