Parental Leave Policy

Employees are entitled to parental leave in accordance with the National Employment Standards (NES) contained in the Act if they have 12 months or more continuous service as at the expected date of birth or upon adoption, and the employee has, or will have responsibility for the care of the child.

Parental leave is unpaid by the company.
